Marestella Inc. specializes in modernizing DoD systems to cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystems, integrating commercial cloud into DoD missions, and delivering mission-ready capabilities across a variety of operational domains.
Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience in undersea warfare engineering and integration, bridging the gap between science & technology (S&T) and program-of-record (POR) capabilities, and transitioning discoveries in acoustics and ocean sciences through acquisition to the Warfighter. As individuals, our founders have supported or led efforts within NAVSEA Warfare Centers, the Office of Naval Research, Team Submarine, Air Force Research Laboratory, U.S. Space Force and the Intelligence Community — experience that shapes our ability to navigate mission needs, acquisition processes, and technical integration challenges. We have deep expertise in automation, cybersecurity, modeling & simulation, predictive analytics, and the design and integration of sensor processing. Our track record includes supporting high-impact defense programs from early prototyping to operational deployment, with a focus on rapid, secure, and scalable solutions that meet the pace of mission.
Marestella’s ongoing engagement with emerging technology developers, combined with our leadership team’s deep experience in the undersea warfare community enables us to deliver integration services that accelerate the transition of new technology to the Warfighter and facilitates rapid teaming and solution alignment into existing systems.
Founded in May of 2025, we are actively pursuing VOSB, SDVOSB, and WOSB certifications. We have a physical presence in Albuquerque, NM and the Washington DC region, and are open to travel worldwide in support of mission needs.
